Seems like they are no longer working. Visited during working hours, the doors were closed. Place seems to be semi-abandoned, but we didn't find any information about it, so take it with a grain of salt. Contact via phone before visiting.

I am satisfied, THANK YOU 🙏 Prime Lab, thank you for your professionalism. I have repeatedly confirmed that they always provide accurate results. Super, they arrived home on time and sent the response quickly. Once, I fell for a cheap test for $20 at another laboratory, and I was given an incorrect result. I no longer trust cheap tests. And the cesarean tests either.

They took a swab from my 2-year-old child for PCR. I waited for 2 days for the results, and finally, I called myself, and they told me that the child didn't have a rapid test done, and that's why the PCR wasn't done. Meanwhile, there was a rapid test, the result was uploaded to the database, and I even received an SMS from NCDC. And if I hadn't called, they wouldn't have even planned to inform me that, you know, it wasn't supposed to be done, and they just discarded the sample! If they couldn't figure it out on-site, then how are you supposed to let me know! This is called irresponsibility and unprofessionalism, nothing more!

They came to our hotel Courtyard Marriot to collect samples. after we paid and got a message with the transaction the clerk claimed that the transaction was declined and we had pay twice. The hotel was very helpful in getting in touch with lab to return the money but nothing happened to date.

Quick efficient and reliable

The PCR test costs 110 lari (which is slightly more expensive than the average price), there was no queue, and it took 3 minutes. You need a passport or a photo of it. The result is sent to your email the same day.
