I visited the eye doctor Maia Saghinashvili, and the service was terrible. She saw us for just 2 minutes; we explained what was bothering us, but she didn't listen at all. She just glanced at the old medical history from previous doctors, didn't even ask us anything. I had to take the initiative and tell her everything since I was there. I described my symptoms, and she flipped through the pages and tossed them aside, not even reading the history properly. She prescribed medications without providing complete information because she rushed us out in just 2 minutes. Today I found out that she had actually gone on vacation, which is why she was hurrying everyone yesterday and calling all the patients to come as soon as possible. I've never seen such service before.

Don't recommend gastroenterologist Nino here. For such high prices and you would get low level service.

I sent a message asking about the service they offer. No response. I called 5 times. Each time, they simply hung up on me when they realized they were talking to an English speaking client.

There are long lines at the reception, chaos, and they don't give proper answers.
