Working hours 10-22, but it is 10.20 and nobody still here. Be careful if you have a morning flight, choosing another lab probably a solution.

No one inside, unreliable

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACES!! (There is another MEDCITY location nearby which is not on google maps). I had a test 48 hours before my flight, test came out “SUSPICIOUS”, then they redid the test and it came out “POSITIVE”, so I missed my flight and lost money!!! Next day I took a test in another lab and it was “NEGATIVE” (I had no symptoms what so ever).

The worst place to do PCR, don’t do at the given delays. Almost failed with my trip :((

This is just terrible. The service is awful. The test results didn't arrive in my email; we called all morning, and a woman answered the phone once and then hung up. We needed to leave for the airport, so we had to go in person to get the results. The results never arrived in my email.

Imagine everything that could possibly go wrong with a PCR-Test and MedCity will manage to do so. I'm sorry, but at least the personal could have tried to be nice during the countless phone calls I had to take to finally get my test result. The management really needs to improve, I recommend doing your test in a different laboratory.

Rude and slow. Did not send fast test results via email twice. Had to go to office to get results.
