M. Iashvili Children's Central Hospital

We arrived with our child in acute pain. We waited 40 minutes at the reception, considering there was no queue or staff present. The receptionist directed us to the emergency department, where they measured the child's temperature and referred us to a specific specialist. Back to the receptionist, where we found out that this doctor was not available. Again, we went in circles with tickets, a queue with no people, and waiting to book another doctor of the same specialty, only to be surprised that there are no such doctors left in the clinic. And to get an ultrasound, we need to go to another clinic while our child is in acute pain. However, they seem to provide excellent services for selling balloons and rudeness at the reception 💪.

What is happening is chaos and disregard. Do not take me to Lia Palavanishvili, she is a terrible doctor.

M. Iashvili Children's Central Hospital is a very good facility, but our exceptional experience is entirely thanks to the incredible Dr. Ilia Lazviashvili. My 8-year-old daughter was admitted to the hospital with severe face and nose injuries, which was an incredibly terrifying experience for our family. From the very first moment, Dr. Lazviashvili showed extraordinary professionalism and genuine commitment. His warmth, kindness, and wonderful approach to my daughter completely eased her fears. Most importantly, he performed a night surgical operation with absolute expertise and precision; the results are flawless. We also want to deeply thank the wonderful nursing team, especially nurse Mari, whose exceptional care, kindness, and attentiveness made our stay so much easier. Thank you, Dr. Lazviashvili, for your big heart, outstanding dedication, and for bringing the smile back to my daughter's face!

It's a great clinic, but I had to pay 90 lari for the urgent examination of my child, and no one could tell me what was wrong.
