The best clinic

I made an appointment for an ultrasound at the clinic; I used to go there often for blood tests. In the end, the doctor didn’t answer the phone and didn’t show up. The clinic didn’t react at all — they didn’t offer another doctor or any compensation. Apparently, the client’s problem remains the client’s problem.
