MRI is a total waste of time and money. I came in experiencing sharp pain and gave clear instructions on exactly what needed to be scanned, but the staff completely ignored the specifics. Unsurprisingly, after 3 days they claimed to find nothing. After suffering for another month, I finally went to a specialist who immediately discovered a damaged joint. Furthermore, my doctor pointed out that the image quality was absolutely not from a 3T machine as advertised. Now I need to do the MRI scan somewhere else again.

I liked the doctors and the coordinator; everything was professional and at a good level. But the reception staff did not impress me at all in terms of service. They didn't warn me, were rude, didn't even say hello, although they saw me every day. This is not acceptable - these are oncology patients, not some prison! I'm glad I've finished treatment; it was very unpleasant to go there.

We had an appointment scheduled for 11:00, but it’s now 13:00 and we are still waiting. A two-hour delay without clear communication is really frustrating, especially in a clinic setting where time and organization matter. I hope the staff can improve scheduling and keep patients better informed about delays.

An unregulated situation!

Came here after a ski accident. Wonderful doctors. Immediately helped us and spoke good english!!

Broken phone! They don't explain information properly, what to do and how (this doesn't apply to the front desk). Doctors and nurses lack communication skills; if you do something wrong, they switch to personal insults. Part of the staff is rude and ill-mannered. If you want to keep your sanity, don't come to this clinic: you pay money and are treated like an animal, they don't consider you a human being. As for the treatment, it wasn't even completed, and I won't continue this "treatment" here. Teach the staff to talk and to provide information in full.

Change the oncologists, people are being forced into it
