I. Tsitsishvili New Children's Clinic

Even if you are healthy, you will get sick. Don't go here!!!!

My son was urgently transferred to the Tsitsishvili clinic, and we had never experienced such a terrible ordeal anywhere. I was forced to take the child out early on a signed waiver, because the child's condition worsened with every minute spent in the clinic, and not only the child's but my wife's too. Except for the doctors, everyone was rude and aggressive, with no subordination, addressing my wife with rude words and shouting. I hope no one else will ever have such an experience; this place is an ordinary prison. They canceled the insurance, the universal one, because I got your child out of this "clinic" ahead of time. They also brought food, which we had not requested, because their "food" is completely inconsistent with nutrition standards. They left it with some parents, although there was a clear problem. Even during visiting hours, after arguments and principled demands, they let us in for only a few minutes. I don't know where this selective policy came from. They wouldn't even let me ask a question, and talking about the answer is unnecessary.

A terrible clinic with extremely rude staff. They paid no attention at all to a year-and-a-half-old child, even gave medicine only after long requests and pleading, treated patients like cargo, and showed maximum aggression toward the mother, which resulted not only in stress but also in a worsening of physical condition. They were focused only on collecting some pitiful amount of money (which wasn't a problem at all) and on getting rid of the patient. I'd also add: I am sure many professional and truly educated doctors work at this clinic, but there is an obvious problem of indifference.

Please teach the specialists to let patients speak and not interrupt them every two seconds. Also, they should curb their haste and let patients finish describing what is bothering them. Monitoring of glances and facial grimaces would not hurt either❤️

I am very happy that we have such a clinic in Georgia (especially the surgical department). I have not met such a positive and professional staff (doctors, nurses, cleaners) in many places. Thank you
