Unfortunately, I have a very negative experience, where a few days after the hair transplant procedure, I ended up with a bacterial infection in the hospital. The doctor's approach and inadequate hygiene during the procedure not only caused me additional treatment costs (I am not insured in the Czech Republic, so I paid for everything myself) but also serious health complications. Moreover, the doctor did not handle it as I expected and referred me directly to another facility.

I heard there is a good gastroenterologist working there? Does anyone know?🥺🥺

I'll write briefly. They were eating sunflower seeds at the reception. The faces were unfriendly and grumpy. A superficial and dismissive attitude. It doesn't leave an impression of a clinic, more like some shabby polyclinic.

Rude doctors and dishonest doctors they are disrespectcul and not honest with timings

I went there based on their rating but it is not true at all first of all doctors are so rude and as a patient its my right to ask doctor was not respectful to me they make you feel they are the one who is paying you for treatment test results takes so long and they are not honest about timings doctor made me come later after first apointment and he didnt come and no one from the clinic reception or the doctor himself informed i waited almost 8 days for my results to be reviwed by my doctor and they wanted to charge me one more time for consultation i really dont recomend this clinic at all espically urology department

They were all kind and helpful, the prices were very reasonable, they speak English and they give paperwork for insurance

Good docs, good service, cozy little clinic. Prices are upper tier, but not the highest still. This place is worth a try.
