Had an electric scooter accident and came in dizzy and with several soft tissue injuries but the receptionist was rude and continuously told me that she won't check the pricing with my insurance company despite the insurance company telling me clearly that the hospital should contact them about pricing She told me to help me I need to be able to pay 500 lari on the spot, once again, even though I have a working new vision insurance and continued not to take my case as an emergency despite it being an accident Cried after that and went to st Michaels hospital and they treated me so well and made sure to clear everything up with the insurance company, which covered all of the costs 1000 lari plus and all I had to pay was 50 lari even though I took a head CT scan, three x-rays, a tennatus shot ect. Because it was an EMERGENCY case. Even the police contacted me because of the fact that it was a scooter accident. This only further proves that the emergency reception in gudushauri is garbage respectfully. The lady should be fired for treating a woman in clear medical distress like that. Disgusting behavior.

Terrible environment, talking about hygiene is superfluous. I'm curious by what category they select people at reception: they care about nothing except payment, even though I emphasized at least ten times that money was not a problem. Insolence, terrible service at a high level, everything else at the lowest.

Mrs. Nata Pirtskhalava is a person who gave me a long-awaited child. Many thanks to her and to the entire Gudushauri clinic❤️

I have never seen a more terrible clinic. Misery and vileness, terrible service, a dirty and pitiful clinic. This is hell.

Took 360 gel for 4 painkillers, and no improvement, I removed my needle then go to counter myself then told them to do sonography then find out I had stone , but no one take me for sonography, after all thing done they give medical pathology and radio report in one page , I'm a foreigner but still they give me in Georgian language , report card is 3 rd class quality no pictures is their , in hospital no doctor or nurse speak English

I want to express my enormous gratitude to all the medical staff of the hospital and especially to the wonderful Doctor Nata, who left me with the warmest and brightest impressions. During my stay of three months, I felt constant care, attention and sincere involvement. Doctor Nata demonstrated high professionalism, kindness, patience and sensitivity. She always treated me with respect, supported me with kind words, and created an atmosphere of calm and confidence during the treatment. From my whole heart I also want to thank the entire team of the department. The medical staff here is very attentive, responsive and responsible. The department is orderly, clean, and has a truly humane attitude toward every patient. Thank you for your difficult work, for the warmth, care and professionalism. Thanks to you, my stay in the hospital was comfortable and calm. I wish the whole team health, well-being and further success in your important work!

A clinic full of indifferent, unprofessional and irresponsible staff!!! There simply isn't a worse clinic!!!
