Get the queue under control! It took me exactly 2 hours, even though I had an appointment!!!

Today, once again, I experienced just how poorly your laboratory is organized. There are constantly long queues here. First, I had to wait in line at the reception desk, then I waited again for the laboratory. But the worst part came next: when it was finally my turn, my electronic queue number had simply disappeared from the system. Instead of fixing the problem and letting me proceed, I was given a new ticket and told to wait behind another 20 people. When I asked the staff if this happens often, the only response I got was a dismissive "Ar vici" ("I don't know")—no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to help. It gave me the clear impression that the staff simply do not care about their patients or their time. What is the point of having an electronic queue system if patients can simply disappear from it and have to start all over again? This is not a minor inconvenience—it is a clear sign of extremely poor organization. People come to have their blood drawn on an empty stomach, take time off work, and many are not feeling well. Instead of receiving proper service, they are met with endless queues, technical failures, and a complete lack of respect for patients. Management should seriously address both the organization of the laboratory and the attitude of its staff, because patients' patience is not unlimited.

How do I book an appointment with a gynecologist? Can I do it in advance? Online. And do you accept citizens of other countries?

I have been calling the center for 29 minutes and waiting for an answer! I have never seen anything like this. After 35 minutes I hung up! Well done to you 😡

I couldn’t find a dedicated Google page for the Batumi branch, so I’m leaving my review here. A few weeks ago, I had my first visit to an endocrinologist at the Batumi branch of the National Institute of Endocrinology, where I also completed the recommended tests after the consultation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Vazha Vacharadze. His level of care, both professionally and personally, truly impressed me. It’s quite rare today to find a doctor who combines strong medical expertise with genuine human compassion. After our initial in-person consultation, he remained easily accessible by phone for any necessary follow-up, which I deeply appreciated. I am also very thankful to the nursing staff for their support and professionalism. Many thanks to the entire team of true professionals. I would definitely recommend the National Institute of Endocrinology and its branches to my friends, especially Dr. Vazha Vacharadze.
