All the facts listed below are confirmed by my correspondence with coordinator Valentina, which I am ready to provide in full. Scan. I took a scan at the clinic you recommended and provided it in advance. Scope of treatment. My initial request concerned implants, but almost immediately I also reported other dental problems and my willingness to undergo additional treatment. This was discussed with the coordinator. Cost. I asked for an approximate cost, not a guarantee of an exact price before the examination. I fully understand the need for diagnostics. Root preservation. We never discussed preserving the root. On the contrary, I informed in advance that the crown had fallen out after previous treatment and that I needed an implant. Number of trips. I knew that two visits were needed for an implant. I was told about the third visit only at the appointment. When I asked the doctor whether this could have been determined from the scan in advance, he confirmed that it could have been, and that I should not have flown in. CT payment. Yes, the CT remained unpaid, but this was agreed in advance with the coordinator. This does not in any way cancel my expenses for the flight and accommodation, which amount to about 800 dollars. Communication with the doctor. The doctor's manner of communication was extremely rude and became an additional disappointment, especially given that I specifically flew to Georgia, trusting the recommendations about your clinic. Thus, this is not about a patient refusing treatment, but about the advance organisation of the visit and the information provided to me before the trip. I ask the clinic management to contact me, look into the situation based on the correspondence, and offer a constructive solution regarding compensation for the expenses incurred. -------------------------------- Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was extremely negative. I really wanted to leave a positive review: several people close to me recommended the clinic, and they successfully underwent or are undergoing treatment here. Therefore, I did not consider other options and immediately chose this one. I am in Israel, so a trip to Georgia required advance planning and significant expenses. I contacted the clinic's representative Valentina in advance, described my problem, the need for implantation of a front tooth, and provided a scan so the doctor could plan the treatment. Valentina said that installing one tooth should not be a problem even without a preliminary review of the scan. At the same time, she warned that the doctor would not be able to look at the scan in advance due to workload and the presence of higher-priority patients. I trusted the clinic's representative, followed the recommendations and flew in on the scheduled day. At the appointment, the doctor (presumably Levan) reviewed the scan and said that the treatment could not be carried out in one trip: it would require flying to Georgia three times. These actions cost 800 dollars spent on the flight and accommodation, as well as lost time and disrupted plans. If I had been warned in advance about the need for several visits, I could have made an informed decision and avoided these expenses. Moreover, I was not offered any solution to the problem or even a substantive discussion of compensation. Result: the treatment did not take place, 800 dollars were wasted, and from the clinic's side I did not see any readiness to take responsibility for the situation and try to resolve it. I do not presume to evaluate the doctors' medical qualifications. My complaint concerns the organisation of the process and the attitude toward the client. When a person comes from another country, advance communication is not a formality but the clinic's responsibility. I ask the management to contact me, look into what happened, and offer a solution regarding compensation for the expenses incurred. I hope that for such a well-known clinic it is important not only to attract new patients but also to resolve properly the problems of those who trusted it.

I want to sincerely thank the Elite Dent clinic! I underwent a large and complex treatment — All-on-6. Everything was done in two stages. The first stage lasted 8 days — they installed implants and temporary structures. After 4 months, I came for the second stage, also for 8 days, and they installed the permanent teeth. In Israel, the same treatment would have cost me not only three times more but would have taken significantly more time. Here, everything went smoothly and without unnecessary delays. I want to especially note that the Elite Dent dental center uses the latest technologies and the most modern equipment. Honestly, I was very surprised by the level of equipment — I didn't expect this in Tbilisi. I was very anxious before starting because I understood the scale of the work. But everything went much more calmly and comfortably than I expected. The doctors worked carefully, explained everything in detail, and I felt that I was in reliable hands. Now, when the treatment is completely finished, I am just happy. Finally, I have beautiful, strong teeth, and I can smile widely without hesitation. I feel younger, more confident, and much more attractive. I especially want to tell women: don't be afraid and don't put it off. Such teeth change not only your appearance but also your attitude towards yourself. Huge thanks to the entire Elite Dent team for their professionalism, attention, and heartfelt approach. Hello everyone! At the end of last year, I successfully underwent full mouth implantation at Elite Dent clinic. I consider myself very lucky to have worked with Dr. Vladimir Tkachev. Although he is not very talkative, he is a true professional in his field. He was always calm, polite, careful, and attentive to me and my requests. I must say it was not easy for me to decide on this procedure, but I trusted him and am now satisfied with the result. At first, it was a bit scary, and after the surgery, it was somewhat painful, but in the end, all the implants took well, and now they feel like my own teeth. I express my gratitude to the entire clinic staff! From the first to the last day of my stay there, I felt comfortable and at ease, everything was thought out to the smallest detail. As we age, our teeth wear down and deteriorate – this is no secret. Therefore, the goal is to preserve and restore what is left. That's why I came here to the clinic and received excellent results. I am very pleased with the team of doctors and the great assistance from the coordinators (Anton and Nino). I quickly received the cost of treatment and a treatment plan. The total cost was about one-third of the price in Israel. My wife first had all her tooth roots and canals treated; it turned out that the previous root treatments were not completed properly, which led to further deterioration (in Israel, crowns were placed on the problematic canals). The treatment cost included accommodation in their hotel, and the rooms were nice and comfortable. In summary, I got a beautiful smile and treatment that prevented further deterioration, which is more important than beauty itself. During the treatment period, I also received a sick leave certificate from the health insurance in Israel.

I am very grateful to the Elident clinic for the work done. I went through 2 stages; the first stage was done six months ago, which included the complete removal of teeth and the installation of 12 implants. Everything was done under sedation, and I felt no pain at all. Just 2 days ago, I completed the second stage, which was the installation of zirconium teeth. Everything went super well! I am very thankful to the clinic staff; they are professionals and did everything at the highest level.
