I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and clear communication at this clinic. First, there was a scheduling mix-up—the receptionist initially insisted my teeth cleaning appointment was for tomorrow, only to realize I was right after I arrived. Second, the pricing felt completely arbitrary. I was quoted 180–250 GEL and was charged 250 GEL after a "deep cleaning." However, when I questioned the price, the staff simply looked at each other and immediately dropped it to 180 GEL. Finally, the service itself was not thorough, as I still had food debris around my back teeth right after the procedure. Overall, the inconsistent pricing and lack of thoroughness were very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this clinic.
