I was treated under insurance for a broken collarbone. They took me in quite quickly without unnecessary delays, examined me as soon as the doctor was free - then I was taken for surgery. I wasn't abandoned or forgotten. They did a quality job, and for the first two days, they carefully monitored my condition. Once they were sure everything was fine, they discharged me. For bandage changes, I have to wait in line, which doesn't always go optimally, but considering the human attitude towards the patient, it's hard to complain.

I had surgery at this clinic with Mr. Vadim Khatiashvili. I want to express my immense gratitude to the wonderful Vadim Khatiashvili. His professionalism, care, thoughtfulness, and golden hands... ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I also want to express my gratitude to Mr. Vadim Khatiashvili's team, to every gynecological nurse and orderly... They are so sweet and caring. ❤️🙏🏼🙏🏼 I wish them all health and success... 🥰🥰

A small office. I sat in the emergency room for two hours waiting for my turn, and not a single doctor or nurse asked me how I was doing. For two hours, all I could hear was the nurse complaining loudly about not being able to take a break and eat, and that she was at her wit's end and snapping at everyone )) I got up and left, I can only imagine what was happening at the reception and what I would have to do if I needed something.

Terrible service, I was scheduled to see the doctor for 1 hour and 25 minutes and they made me wait. I scheduled another day and the doctor wasn't there, I waited for 15 minutes and there were many people in front of me, so I asked for a refund to not waste my time. Writing a statement in the cancellation office and getting my money back turned out to be even more difficult. I was tortured, I wasted so much time. You have issues with queues, organization, and overall service.

Great experience with Neurologist. I had a complete neck block and couldn’t move my head or swallow. Professional and friendly doctor (unfortunately I don’t remember the name) completed all necessary procedures and gave prescriptions that helped with the issue. The hospital is big with well organized medical staff. I also want to thank nurses for being friendly and supportive 🙏

Polite and professional staff, very warm and courteous attitude towards all patients, which is very rare in other clinics. The rooms could use some updating.

I was waiting for a shift change, but until I arrived, no one looked out or paid attention to me. Time passed, "you are wrong about this term, it doesn’t exist, and it does exist." I think I come to the clinic to figure things out and to ensure that the nurse doesn’t blame me for not knowing some term and explaining the condition incorrectly. In short, this is completely unnecessary for assessing this situation. Thanks for nothing. 👍

Dr. Nunu Khorava (otolaryngologist) is incredibly attentive and a true professional. Doctors like her give you peace of mind and make you feel genuinely cared for. She takes a thoughtful, evidence-based approach to identifying the underlying causes of symptoms. She doesn’t hurry to prescribe strong medications unless they’re truly necessary, doesn’t rush to conclusions, and always takes the time to explain her reasoning.

Mr. Vadim Khariashvili's department. Despite his professionalism and success, Mr. Vadim is a person focused on the well-being of each patient, someone who follows each patient to the end. I have great and immense respect and recommendation for him. Also, his team is the most humane people in a medical institution I have ever seen anywhere. Professionals in their field, with a human attitude, kindness, attention, and care. I am immensely satisfied. Amazing staff, those girls are the sweetest ❤️ Also, Mr. Revaz Bochorishvili with his high professionalism. Ms. Irina Khatiashvili is the sweetest person, attentive, tireless, caring, and the warmest ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for taking such care of each patient.
