I made an appointment with the gastroenterologist at the reception, came for the appointment the next day, waited 20 minutes for the doctor, then the administrator came and said that I needed to wait another 30 minutes. I always went to this clinic when necessary, but after this situation, I no longer have the desire to return. They didn't apologize or offer to reschedule, very strange 🫠

I want to express my immense gratitude to Dr. Meseshvili and her assistant Manana! They performed the catheter placement procedure in the Bartholin's gland, and I was completely delighted with their attitude and professionalism. The doctor is incredibly kind and attentive, and Manana is sensitive and caring. In such a delicate situation, they managed to surround me with warmth, care, and support, which made everything as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Thank you so much for your work and compassion!

The staff at the registration is polite and manages the timing of doctor visits well, preventing crowding around the offices. Doctor Irina explained everything very clearly and attentively, without getting distracted by phone calls or personal conversations.

Today was my first visit to the Altra Vita clinic. The staff was very polite and Russian-speaking. The reception desk was well-organized. I had an ultrasound, and the girls were pleasant, highly skilled professionals. Everything was top-notch. I'd like to especially mention my gynecologist, Tatyana Yanchenko. She was very attentive and meticulous during the examination. She's a competent, qualified doctor. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Elene Chania did not give any recommendations after the appointments, she is very inattentive to the patient’s details, did not describe anything and did not tell in detail the points of interest, I do not recommend this doctor specifically! Also in this clinic there are unpleasant in communication, not a polite nurse who works with a doctor on ultrasound
