I always feel uncomfortable giving such a low rating. But I will share only my experience. I planned to take tests for infections, but I couldn't provide a morning sample, and I was invited to take a swab. When I arrived, I was told that the gynecologist does not take swabs for these infections, only urine. And this is despite the fact that I had already paid for the service, so I had to request a refund. Plus, I lost money on the taxi and time. When I got home, I wrote to support, where I was told that the gynecologist was wrong and that such a test is indeed conducted (see the screenshot). I am very grateful to the staff who were willing to help me. But the outcome is still like this.

Every time I try to contact the clinic, it's in vain. Even if you call all day to get some information, no one answers.

I got sick and felt really bad in the middle of the night. My insurance company directed me here and said it was open 24/7. When I arrived at the clinic, everything was closed. When I called the number provided by the insurance, which is also published here on the site, the answering machine informed me that I needed to contact them during business hours and then hung up. I received no help at all.

We paid for a children's check-up that included an ECG. In the office, we were greeted by a very rude cardiologist - she shouted, spoke rudely, and cursed in front of the child. I do not recommend it to anyone.

I had a gynecological check-up. I really liked the attitude, all the staff are friendly and attentive, no complaints ✨

At the reception, they mixed up the receipts, and after that, they kept sending me back and forth while I was having my appointment. I paid 125 lari for a gynecological ultrasound - it was the worst experience of my life. I have never been in so much pain. The whole process took a very long time, and the gynecologist brought me to tears.

I am very grateful to Dr. Timur Bolkvadze for the surgery to correct my nasal septum, sinus cleaning, etc. He feels like a high-level professional with extensive knowledge and experience. Everything went smoothly without complications, and I can confidently trust my nose to him. Also, thanks to Dr. Besik Kokobinadze and the attentive and caring nurses. I spent almost a day in a single room; it was modest but had everything I needed: a TV, air conditioning, and a toilet 👍.
