I took an analysis, but my surname was written incorrectly, and I could not properly understand the answer about the analyses. The answers are written in pen, and for one analysis no result is written at all. Talking about sending the analyses by email is pointless. It is a terrible situation at the hospital. I have been calling for 2 days and nobody answers.
