Disgusting service and rude staff.. I came for the first time, they couldn't explain anything normally, regarding insurance they said exactly "we're cheating" with sarcasm, sour faces, as if you owe them, disrespect, in short I left immediately. I have not had such a disgusting experience before. It's a catastrophe, people, and specifically the woman with glasses sitting at reception is a complete catastrophe, uncultured, and speaks to me with spiteful Russian intonations
