⭐ 1/5 I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. They advertised and promised to provide a Holotranscobalamin (active B12) test, which is specifically what I requested. However, the results they gave me were clearly for a total B12 test, as the values matched exactly what you’d expect for a total test—not an active B12 test. When I raised my concerns and explained how I knew this was a mistake, they kept insisting it was a Holotranscobalamin test without addressing my points or providing evidence to back their claim. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, as they seemed unwilling to investigate the issue or take accountability. If you’re looking for accurate testing and honest communication, I’d recommend going elsewhere. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a specific service and not receive what was promised.
