I’ve visited Venus 5 times for chronic UTI issues, here’s my personal take for my non-Georgian foreigners paying out of pocket for care: Pros: the clinic is clean, you can get an appointment relatively quickly, sometimes they take a more holistic approach rather than going straight towards western medication. Decent English spoken by *most* workers. Cons: front desk manager gives misinformation related to pricing and scheduling protocol and gives unnecessary attitude if you question anything. My gyno was rushing, dismissive and suggested expensive testing (850 GEL) that got me no closer to any solutions only to tell me that’s not her specialty. I had repeat issues, over-relying on antibiotics, no solution and no answer to why anything’s happening. From one woman to another, this attitude is very disheartening and frustrating when you’re in pain and you need support. I won’t be going back to Venus because of this behavior — but that doesn’t mean your experience will be exactly the same. PSA ladies: You have a month window for a “free” follow-up consultation from your original consultation. I did many tests for hundreds of dollars and was never once informed by front desk of this — then made to feel cheap and idiotic by my doctor when I didn’t want to pay MORE for a breakdown of these tests one day after this hidden “cut off” date.

I am so thankful for Dr. Natia. The reception staff were so helpful and kind and spoke English. I came in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in the same day. Dr. Natia is so warm, reassuring, and kind. I wish she could be my doctor forever, but I was just traveling through Tbilisi.

I had a really positive experience at Venus, with Dr Natia Sharabidze yesterday. The staff were friendly and professional and my consultation with Dr Sharabidze thorough and of tremendous value. The fact that she speaks great English was of course a priority for me. I'm a regular visitor to Tbilisi so having first-hand experience with a delightful female gynaecologist is a huge plus!

I highly recommend this clinic. I was followed here throughout my pregnancy as well as in the postpartum period, and I have an excellent experience. The staff is very kind and shows real care. They always take the time to reassure, explain each step clearly, and give valuable advice. Their professionalism is remarkable. The facility is also very convenient, as everything is centralized in one place: ultrasounds, gynecological follow-up, blood tests, childbirth preparation, etc. A real plus for foreign patients: all results are translated into English, and the entire team speaks this language perfectly. A big thank you to this exceptional team!

I’ve had exceptional care here for the past five years. The staff is very helpful and Dr. Natia Sharabidze is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated gynecologist. A super clinic all round, clean and spacious with new equipment.. and a wonderful team of staff.. Dr Natia has been my gynecologist for a few years now and I pride both her and the clinic in very high regard and at a high level of that I would get back home in the UK! Knowledgeable, and very patient staff who explain clearly ,. And speak perfect English, invoices and diagnostics are all provided in English too.. they are understanding and non judgmental so you needn't feel nervous here as the nurses are super educated in their field and also very empathetic . I wouldn't go anywhere else clinic wise whilst here in Georgia and will always place my trust in this amazing clinic, which as a guest of this country and someone from a European background I also see what an important service and space for the women of georgia this clinic is !
