At the booking and pre-consultation stage, I was confirmed a service on a 3-tesla machine, but upon arriving on site it turned out the procedure was being carried out only on a 1.5-tesla machine. Such a discrepancy creates an unprofessional attitude toward the customer and significantly damages trust. In similar situations, organizations usually offer the customer an apology, an appropriate discount or an alternative service, but in this case such an approach was not recorded at all. Additionally, final decisions during the service were made by the manager, Mr. Mikheil, which created the impression that issues were decided subjectively rather than by standards. A patient goes to a medical facility because of a health problem and not simply to pass the time. When pre-agreed conditions are not fulfilled, both time and trust are lost. Unfortunately, instead of admitting the mistake and resolving the matter professionally, I did not receive appropriate accountability, and the quality of service was rated very low. Therefore, based on this experience, I cannot recommend it.
