Terribly bad service, dismissive attitude from the employee who sits at the entrance; unfortunately I don't know his first and last name, but I know for sure that I will not go there a second time, and I advise you the same ❤️

Reception service is worse than a Mozambican vegetable seller's; if you ask for a manager, a lab technician comes out and promises that such a thing won't happen again; the director may come, but a phone conversation and hours of waiting in the lobby may be your dream, in hope that you'll change your mind.

I took a test, and I received someone else's test result. I've been calling for two days; at first no one answered, then they turned off the phone altogether. I've never seen such irresponsibility!
