Very bad service, the doctor took just money from me and didn't even listen to me, they are just money oriented and don't give a service to patients.

It’s impossible to contact them and make an appointment, I did several calls and spent 15 minutes on calls. Bad customer service, +extra price for foreigners so bad.

We were at the Vake branch of Todua Clinic with endoscopist Akaki Rekhviashvili. The patient reception was organized perfectly - the time needed for the procedure was precisely defined, and each patient entered exactly according to the schedule. Since we arrived a bit early, we witnessed this ourselves. In our case, the patient was brought in 10 minutes before the scheduled time (that's why the clinic asks for patients to arrive 20 minutes early). The staff at the reception was very attentive, caring, and smiling. Right before the procedure, the doctor spoke in detail with the patient, thoroughly examined the complaints, and studied every nuance. He provided comprehensive consultation even after the procedure was completed - giving all the necessary advice and recommendations. The clinic has an incredibly warm atmosphere and a caring team. We are sincerely grateful for the services provided and the conditions created.
