When will you finally think to add people to the call center?! Every time I call, the wait is so long that Magti's 30-minute limit runs out while I'm on hold. Are you all right at all?! Who is your manager, doesn't he look at the reports?

Overall I had a positive experience. A modern environment, short waiting time and attentive doctors.

I ended up visiting this clinic by chance because there was no doctor available at another clinic, and I urgently needed medical assistance after being bitten by a tick. The first thing I want to mention is the lack of professionalism and empathy shown by the staff. When I showed the tick to Dr. Ekaterine Dolmazashvili, she laughed. As someone who was worried about tick-borne diseases such as encephalitis and other serious infections, I did not find the situation amusing at all. I will attach a photo of the tick so others can judge for themselves what was supposedly so funny. Secondly, I was prescribed a long list of expensive tests that appeared completely unrelated to my situation. I also asked Dr. Dolmazashvili to check my scalp for additional ticks because it is very difficult to properly inspect the back of your own head. She briefly moved aside a few strands of hair and immediately said there was nothing there. Honestly, with that level of examination, I could have checked myself. The next "specialist," a surgeon working on the second floor, refused to remove the remaining tick parts because his shift had already ended. This was despite the fact that I had already paid 150 GEL specifically for his consultation. In the end, I paid simply to be told "no." When I informed Dr. Dolmazashvili that the surgeon refused to see me, her response was simply: "Aha!" That was the extent of her reaction. This was one of the most disappointing medical experiences I have had in Tbilisi. I strongly do not recommend this clinic. You may end up paying 300 GEL or more just to be laughed at and refused assistance. The entire experience was extremely unpleasant, stressful, and unprofessional. The only positive part of my visit was a young woman with curly hair and blue eyes. She was kind, compassionate, and genuinely seemed interested in helping me. She was the only person who made me feel cared for during my visit.

From my experience, I had 4 visits to this clinic. Service 0, prices thousands, lies 1000. Irresponsible staff, reception 0, call center 0. Irresponsible doctors.

Patients who booked in advance have to wait 1 hour in a live queue. I don't recommend it if you have even a little self-respect; value your time and your nerves.

The difference between branches is very big. Registration service differs like heaven and earth between the Digomi and Vake branches.
