The most modernized clinic I have ever been to. I recommend it to all expats in Tbilisi. With my family we visited several doctors including gynecologist, proctologist, family doctor, dermatologist, lab technicians. All were nice and professional. Almost no waiting at all. The lab results were ready within 30 min! Live piano music, paintings, fish tanks are extra cherries on top. Highly recommend. The only con we experienced was when you go to all the different doctors- you have to show your passport at every reception desk and pay fees separately- it would be awesome if it was one payment for all.

You have to wait two hours for an appointment. It's as crowded as a market. The location is right next to the train station. It's a terrible place. Don't go there.

They told me to come online, I came, there were no seats and they doubled the prices.

It's a very good clinic, it's always very clean, and the specialists are good at what they do, but the lines are long. You have to make an appointment in advance, often 15 days or more, otherwise you'll have to stand in line and wait almost the entire day.

I don't recommend this clinic, especially the allergist! Instead of checking why the reaction is caused by medications alone, they send me for food allergy testing. In a word, it's a nightmare!!!

What's the point of scheduling an appointment for 9 if the reception opens promptly at 9 and there's a huge line? Why not open it at 8:45?

This is a terrible clinic. If you're a foreigner, don't go there under any circumstances. You'll pay a fortune, and then you'll be running around looking for your own doctor. Clinic management, please fire this clown: Georgiy Kvaratskhelia!

The Todua Medical Center is an excellent clinic with modern equipment. The staff is efficient and professional. I'd like to express special gratitude to Mikhail Baramia, professor of the Department of Radiation Oncology, for his kind attitude and high level of professionalism.

We visited a specialist at the clinic. Firstly, it was unclear who was coming in and who was waiting in line. The doctor kept running around. We sat there for an hour and a half waiting.

I submitted a question using the form on their website because they have one and it's actually easier to use in a foreign language. They told me to call. I called, listened to the commercial, mumbled something, and hung up without letting me say a word. Well, that's weird... They left my phone number on the form, but of course no one called back.

Horrible Clinic!!! The medical staff is incompetent!!! I beg everyone not to go there. They don't treat people there. They are uneducated! They graduate for money and then become doctors at will! How can you commit such a sin!!! Treating people without knowing medicine!!! They are inhumane! We went to this clinic and the patient died!!! And they promised they would help!!! It's a shame that corruption remains at a high level. All they do is talk about what's wrong!!! Don't go to this clinic, otherwise anyone will feel bad!!! They are extorting money!! They charged money for tests and didn't start treatment on time until the patient fell and was taken by ambulance to another hospital!!! They absolved themselves of responsibility! I have no complaints about the doctors. But the organization is a disaster... I waited two weeks for the biopsy results, and I was understandably nervous. They didn't even bother until I started calling and emailing them 30 minutes ago.

The lobby of this facility evoked positive emotions – a grand piano, a wide, theatrical staircase. That's where all the good things end! We went for an MRI of my foot on the -1 floor. The receptionist is incompetent – they yell at the entire department, "What's your year of birth?")) When, I'm still on the other side of the street from them. The doctor who performed the MRI didn't say anything definitive or see anything. She only said that the traumatologist would tell me everything else. After the examination, they told me to come back the next day at 2:00 PM for the results!!! We arrived exactly at that time, but the report wasn't ready. The doctor calmly paced the hallway, taking her time taking inventory (even though a day had passed). Seeing us, she said it would only take 5 minutes and leisurely walked into the office. We waited for a little over an hour. We were late for our second appointment with the traumatologist. Ultimately, we saw a specialist (traumatologist) that day who we hadn't planned on seeing, but we're happy we did. During our appointment, it turned out that the "employees" at Todua Clinic hadn't placed my disc, but someone else's! CURTAIN!!! Horrible clinic with extremely poor service and incompetent medical staff! I don't recommend it! Avoid them and save yourself time, money, and stress.

The service was very strange. The clinic itself was large and beautiful. But I simply couldn't get an appointment with the doctor. For some reason, you can't make an appointment; there's only a waiting list. Seriously? I arrived and there were tons of people outside the doctor's office. The line wasn't moving at all. Nothing changed for 30 minutes, so I simply left and will make an appointment at another clinic. Are you serious? In the 21st century, it's a problem to make an appointment with a gastroenterologist? Do you have to wait in line? This is simply the Stone Age. Very bad service.

A good impression – the clinic is large, spacious, and clean. I had a gastroendoscopy with Giorgi Bakuradze, and I liked the doctor. Updated: During another visit, traumatologist Kvartskhelia sprayed my mucous membranes with isopropyl spray while examining my tailbone. 🤦‍♀️ It immediately started burning. I had to flush it down a dirty toilet made of plastic cups – a nightmare.

We had an MRI appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM, a MONTH in advance, with five confirmations from the clinic. They sent text messages about our appointment time, saying everything was unchanged. We arrived an hour early at 12:00 PM and announced our arrival. At reception, they told us to be outside the office at 12:40 PM. So, we have three patients who, when asked how long they're due, don't even know their time. And the delay is already 2-3 hours. This is the second time this has happened.

We took my father for a checkup. I don't know how to summarize it all, but everything was perfect there. The doctors were great, and the neurologist, Dali Berulava, was just superb. The cardiologist, Tia, I didn't remember her last name, was an excellent doctor. We loved everything there. May God bless you and your family with health and happiness.

It's a shame to leave a negative review for a good clinic with excellent doctors, but we didn't like the way they assign patients to numbers; it's simply unfair. Last time, there were people with higher numbers in front of us to see the gastroenterologist. When we asked at reception how long we'd have to wait, they said we'd be one or two people behind. In fact, there were more than five people ahead of us. It turned out that our number simply wasn't assigned to the gastroenterologist, so we had to get new numbers and wait again. In total, we waited two hours. Next, today we needed to see Tamar Kutsishvili. We arrived at an office completely deserted. Then new patients started arriving and walking in front of us. Yes, there were some who had a number in front of us, but we saw some paying for their appointments, and again, their numbers were later; they lit up on the board, while ours didn't. We waited for half an hour and then went in to ask, but there was no answer. It also turned out there was another person ahead of us, even after half an hour of waiting, even though the wait was low. It turns out all the numbers are mixed up, and everyone's just coming in at random. It's annoying, we respect your time, so we have to talk about it here.

I had a check-up at a clinic for 2800 lari. I've never seen anything like it. I spoke to the therapist and told her what was bothering me, and she told me to go to another clinic (the subject of my visit is not a narrow specialty) because this clinic has a doctor like that. I was also confused because a year ago I had a check-up at another clinic and they told me there was something wrong with my lungs, but here everything is perfect. I don't even know what to think.

I had an appointment for a specific time, but ended up waiting for two hours. During the first hour, the doctor wasn’t even there, and later local patients were pushing in and entering without any order. The reception and the clinic didn’t follow the schedule at all — the appointment system seems to exist only on paper. Very disappointing experience.

They have implemented a torture mechanism for pregnant women in the form of recording with a radiologist. I made 64 calls in 27 minutes. They have put the phone on hold and don't even answer it, they start answering calls at 9:25 and tell you that the places are already filled and that's why you should call! It's just a mockery of people!!!

They're not answering the phone (busy) or the website. Facebook booking doesn't work either.

Bad experience with the clinic. Because you're a foreigner, they double or triple the price without any justification, depending on the mood of the person at the reception desk. Although they quoted different prices over the phone when we made our appointment, we warned them we weren't from Georgia. At reception, they quoted a much higher price, and when we asked to see the price list, they said they didn't have one 😳 Okay, we paid double the price and received all the reports in Georgian. Why are the prices higher for foreigners then, if they can't even arrange something as basic as a report?! Why would a foreigner need a report in Georgian? If the price were the same, there wouldn't be any questions, but if you're charging more, then at least provide basic service. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

A completely useless clinic. Pointless queues, doctors who do not answer calls from their patients. They do not bother people that there are long queues until the funds are transferred. Then three or four weeks and they will probably take you away. In my case, I am an oncology patient.

A negative experience at the clinic. They're initially hostile to the patient and unwilling to provide proper treatment. They prescribed me a terrible treatment that nearly led to my leg being amputated. Be careful.

The mammologist charged me for a 3-minute "consultation" that I didn't need. The receptionists refused to refund my money and chatted the whole time. Private clinics are better.

Прекрасные врачи в большинстве своем, крутое оборудование и абсолютная дикость в выписывании f100 исключительно на грузинском языке. Столько отзывов от людей читаю, но клиника все равно не меняет своего отношения в этом вопросе. Почему тогда клиника рекламирует себя как туристическую, для иностранцев, если базовый международный английский язык не поддерживается в написании заключений и рецептов? Турист приехал и уехал с этим документом, рецепт на грузинском не прочтет больше никто. Чтобы этот документ имел силу, надо пойти к нотариусу, сделать перевод, а после прийти и заплатить ещё раз, потратив рабочее время в ожидании приема. Это портит все отношение к прекрасным специалистам и желании в принципе связываться с клиникой

I am extremely disappointed with Todua Clinic and their treatment of clients holding a Georgian permanent residence permit. I was classified as a non-resident and charged a higher tariff without any explanation, which violates my rights. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation and present my documents, the clinic refused to acknowledge my status. I submitted a formal inquiry to the clinic’s administration, but it was completely ignored. My claims are not baseless — all my statements are supported by documents, including official requests, and can be verified. As a result, I refused to pay the unjustified fee and left without receiving any service. Such treatment is a clear example of discrimination and disregard for clients. A complaint has already been filed with the Public Defender’s Office, and I intend to pursue justice by all available means. I advise anyone who values their time and money to avoid this clinic.

The doctors at this clinic are extremely rude. They automatically triple the prices for tourists, and they're rude and unfriendly.

I'd like to share my impressions of the Todua clinic. I recently saw gastroenterologist Suliko Bilisegshvili, an excellent doctor. The clinic offers consultations in Georgian and English, and some staff speak Russian. The clinic is modern, with a reception desk on each floor, where you can also pick up a doctor's appointment card and pay for your appointment.

Operators refuse to answer calls in Russian, even in principle. They disconnect the phone. People don't call them out of boredom; they're sick and in need. They should forget about their illnesses and think about why they don't answer in Russian. They're obligated to answer every patient politely. It's a disgrace.

I had a bad experience with traumatologist Giorgi Kvaratskhelia. He is a rude, unscrupulous person. I paid 90 GEL for the visit and received an insulting and disrespectful attitude in return. I do not recommend going to him. You will waste your time and money. If you do go, do not ask him any questions, otherwise you will get the answer: “I have already spent a lot of time on you.” Although I only spent 5 minutes in his office. Positive aspects of the clinic – competent hotline operators and manager Tea Tavartkiladze, who listened to me carefully and apologized for the doctor’s rude behavior.

I had a very negative experience with the clinic and its traumatologists. The main branch on Tevdor Mgvdeli is a complete mess. Yes, the traumatologist helped me with the problem, but it was a huge stress-out! It's difficult to get an appointment with him (he rarely sees patients). I'd show up for an appointment only to find out he wasn't available. No one warned me. When he was available, I had to wait much longer than I expected. Now I need a traumatologist again, so I made an appointment with a different doctor at a different branch. The appointment was supposed to be today. They called at 9 a.m. and said the doctor wasn't available today, and they didn't know why. My next appointment isn't until a week later because he rarely sees patients either. A traumatologist rarely sees patients, okay? I won't even consider Todua anymore.

We suddenly developed severe neck pain, so we contacted our insurance company, whose manager arranged an appointment with a neurologist at the Todua Clinic on Ljubljana Street 21. We arrived at the reception desk on the third floor, and the surly receptionist immediately demanded full payment, even though she'd been told the appointment had to be approved and arranged with the insurance company. We paid to get the doctor's care faster. Then the insurance manager asked why we were forced to pay when she had submitted a request and confirmation, and according to Form 100, the insurance company's reimbursement, as it was for a voluntary visit, was incomplete. This greatly spoiled our impression of the clinic.

The lab's registration desk is incredibly poor. The staff chatters and gets distracted, and the payment process can take up to half an hour. Even though there was no line, the payment was processed for the wrong patient. When I registered, they didn't ask for an email address, so I had to come in separately to get the results. Later, I learned from the doctor that I could receive the results by email if they added it to the database.
