Out of 10 points I would rate the reception service 0 — nothing is taken into account at the front desk, nothing gets done, even though a patient did not show up and a spot was freed, I was still last in line at number 28, arrived at 4 o'clock and left the clinic at 8 o'clock. Personally I don't advise anyone the so-called "your clinic"
