They promised to prepare the glass with the sample for histology in 10 days, but we waited for about three weeks. As a result, the sample was done so poorly that the histologist couldn't determine the oncology. We lost time in cancer treatment and will have to do another invasion into the tumor. If I had the money, I would go to court, but everything has been spent on treatment. Even the terminal for card payments doesn’t work with BoG here with these wonderful specialists.

This is unacceptable. Results of analysis are useless.

I have never seen a worse place: they promised to complete the tests within 10 working days, but in the end, we waited for 3 weeks. On the 10th, we called to ask if everything was ready, and they answered positively. After the weekend, we went to pick up the tests, and they told us that nothing was ready!!!! We decided not to wait for the results and just take the ready slides, but they insisted on keeping them for 3 days and they would provide the results. We called them on Friday, and nothing was ready. This is just torture!!!! We came to pick up the slides on Monday, and they told us that nothing was ready at all and they had lost our slides; we were in shock. After we pressured them, they sent us to wait for 30 minutes, and during that time, they found both the slides and wrote the results. In the end, they wrote that they don’t know what kind of tumor it is. I do not recommend going to them!

They delay the test results, which should take a maximum of 2 hours.
