I called and it's a wrong number.

Just terrible for foreigners

We came to the emergency department sent by SOS International, who arranged that billing would be handled directly between the hospital and them. Despite showing the email from SOS International, the reception insisted we should pay directly to them, that we needed local insurance and claimed they had received no email. They refused to listen to our explanation. Only one staff member spoke English, and communication was difficult. They could not give any indication of the cost, leaving us uncertain whether the bill reflected local or international rates. The overall attitude was impersonal, dismissive, and distracted. In the end, they could not provide the care we needed, as the appropriate doctor was not available, so we had to go elsewhere for proper medical attention.

The description has an incorrect phone number; the guy has no idea about any clinic and why his number is listed here.

I’m calling them urgently, and the moment they hear I’m speaking English, they literally hang up. I tried calling several times after that ignored every time. Imagine having an urgent issue and calling a hospital, and they just turn off the phone on you.

I Came There, because I Had a Bone of my Foot broken and people were extremely Friendly!! Even though i dont know a Word of Georgian or Russian language, they managed to get me an English speaking doctor, very friendly too, who gave me a diagnosis and a fixation for my leg. Price was very very cheap for European standard! Totally recommend and thank you very much for helping me 💚
