I was very dissatisfied with the service I received at the clinic. I especially want to highlight the negative attitude of the nurses — the communication was uncomfortable, and the attention and professional approach were, in my experience, unsatisfactory. More attention, courtesy, and responsible attitude towards patients are definitely needed. I hope the clinic administration will take patient feedback into account and work on improving the quality of service.
