Very respectful service on their part. Doctors such as Mzia are very professional. Cosmetologist Yana is simply a miracle. Thank you very much for your work.

Disgusting service. Manager Tata at the reception was rude and refused to provide services. I had an appointment booked for 15:00, I went to the reception so that they would help me and take me to the doctor. Manager Tata started being rude and arguing, and a doctor who was nearby also started being rude to me and saying that he was actually waiting for us to step away from the reception, because he needed something there. Anyway, I never made it to the doctor.

The managers at the cash desk insulted me, total horror.. they don't know how to work with clients, manager Tata thinks she is sitting at home

Wenn Sie hier eine Massage buchen, sollten Sie darauf vorbereitet sein, dass im Grunde nur sehr viel Öl auf dem Körper verteilt wird. Von einer professionellen Massage kann keine Rede sein. Hinzu kommt, dass es im gesamten Gebäude unangenehm nach Toilette riecht. Dadurch war es während der Behandlung unmöglich, sich zu entspannen. Fotos entsprechen nicht der Realität!!!Der Massageraum wirkte ungepflegt, mit alter und teilweise verrosteter Einrichtung. Insgesamt machte alles einen unhygienischen Eindruck. Ich habe so etwas noch nie erlebt und würde dieses Studio definitiv niemandem empfehlen.
