I want to write a review of gratitude for this wonderful clinic. I was brought in by the ambulance team due to poisoning. Initially, young resident doctors examined me, showing great attention and care, doing everything meticulously and competently. Then I was transferred to a room where I found myself in the hands of amazing doctors and nurses. I also want to mention the staff who took care of cleaning and disinfection ❤️ Each of them treated me with kindness, attention, and support. The conditions in the room are simply magnificent: the room itself is clean, new, bright, with panoramic windows and a beautiful view. This is my first experience of being in a hospital, and I didn't expect it to be so positive! Once again, thank you very much to the clinic and each of its employees! I bow my head to the work of every medical worker, you are heroes 🙏🏼

We arrived at the emergency room with our little one, the doctors helped us promptly, took blood, set up an IV, and called in specialists. Huge thanks, and the price was pleasantly surprising.

Why should payment be mandatory in clinics and in medicine in general? Health is not a luxury; it should be accessible to everyone. And when a patient pays, it is completely unacceptable for the attitude of doctors to worsen afterward. How dare you show a rude, disrespectful, and aggressive attitude instead of professional ethics? Even if I were not paying, that does not give you the right to make me feel limited during the consultation. It is unacceptable for a patient's time to be wasted on filling out payment-related formalities; you should focus on that and deprive me of time to discuss my problem. The attitude in endoscopy rooms often exceeds any standard of professional behavior. Such staff should either be dismissed or retrained in basic communication and politeness. Emotional intelligence and ethical relations with patients are minimal requirements. The same problem exists in gastroenterology departments and other specialties. How dare you work with such an attitude? A patient is not obliged to endure disrespect for the services they pay for. On the contrary, you should appreciate the patient, as they entrust you with their health and, importantly for you, pay you money. The fact that you have to work in difficult conditions every day does not justify rudeness and disrespect. This is your professional responsibility. There may be individual exceptions, such as Keti Mziskhvili, who responds normally, but the overall picture is often extremely problematic. What are we talking about when we mention ethics? A higher education, including a PhD, should mean high culture, critical thinking, and professionalism, not aggression, ignorance, and imposing one's views on the patient. The same problems exist in the gastroenterology office, unacceptable and humiliating attitudes from the staff. The assistant, probably a nurse, is a terribly evil person hiding behind religion. I pay for the service, yet I receive disrespect in return, and it is clear that this attitude extends to other patients as well. This is no longer just an individual problem; it is a systemic problem. A system that puts the patient in a weak position and often encourages unethical behavior needs serious reform. Not liberalism, not tyranny, not one-party rule or capitalism, the main thing is to create a system that maximally ensures the well-being of people. We need a system that is as close as possible to socialism. Therefore, more critical thinking and thoughtful deliberation are necessary.
