I got vaccinated against HPV. At the first appointment, the therapist couldn't explain which strains the vaccine protects against. He didn't warn me that it is administered three times at specific intervals. I had to come back again when the doctor finally figured it out. They charged me 100 lari for the 'consultation', plus 30 for the injection. Today I came for the second time. Again, they scheduled a consultation. They charged 100 lari for measuring temperature, blood pressure, and asking, 'Was everything okay after the first injection?' I asked if I could write a waiver of claims so that the doctor wouldn't take responsibility, and we could skip the consultation stage. They replied that they had never done that. I feel cheated. The volume and quality of the services provided do not correspond to their cost at all.

The service at the reception on the 2nd floor with the endocrinologist is not good. They don't answer questions properly, and they seem to show bias based on nationality. I am also a citizen of Georgia, and everything is not free; I paid 1000 lari for tests and for the consultation.

Great clinic, I only have pleasant impressions from the visit. Polite staff, everything is organized clearly and comfortably. I want to express my separate and huge gratitude to the surgeon Dmitry Baliev. I consulted him for the removal of a dermatofibroma. Everything went perfectly, the doctor carefully sutured, and after 2 weeks he removed them. Dmitry is a very kind, open, and tactful specialist. Before the procedure, he answered all my questions, and during the operation, he constantly supported me and explained the actions, which was very calming. After the appointment, I could always write and clarify details about the recommendations. I confidently recommend both the clinic and this specialist!

The doctors are good, but the administrators work absolutely terribly.

I went to get a smear test from the gynecologists. Both times, the experience was not very pleasant. The first time, I was told, 'Why do you look so pale?' and I hadn't even had a consultation; why give such a tactless comment? The second time, I was at the branch in Vake, and for some reason, they addressed me informally, making me feel like I was at a market rather than at a doctor's office—they were so eager to sell me shares and more expensive services. I constantly felt on the defensive. Maybe the other doctors are fine, but I definitely do not recommend the gynecologists.

The administration is great, in other clinics you have to come earlier, fill out a bunch of paperwork, here you come and go, everything is to the point. The ultrasound is done by a wonderful girl, a professional in her field! This is not my first time here, my treating doctor is thrilled. Her name is Natia. Thank you to the clinic!

I visited gynecologist Nana Shubitidze. I have a non-standard, complex, specific case. I came for a second opinion. I rarely encounter such tactlessness, as well as a professional opinion. I don't understand why a person in medicine has such an attitude towards a patient and their diagnosis. Yes, in the end, she gave her phone number in case of questions. But honestly, I have no desire to reach out. I do not recommend.

Be sure to read the review before going to Silk Medical. The clinic network buys a lot of advertising on Instagram, Telegram, etc. Specifically, I came to get the HPV vaccine; I saw information about it on Nikolai Levshits's channel, which stated that it was free for citizens and patients with residence permits. It turned out that it is not free; they charge 30 lari for the injection + 100 for the therapist (they will measure your blood pressure and temperature for 100 lari, but that’s okay, doctors need to earn). There are clinics in Tbilisi where you can get vaccinated by only paying for the nurse's work. This is free for all women with residence permits in almost any clinic. A bit of a dirty trick, but Silk clinic is a private medical business, so I can understand. I want to note that the female nurses and the therapist were pleasant, kind, and it was comfortable with them; they are wonderful. After the vaccination, I decided to visit a gynecologist. I had not been to this clinic before; the gynecologist was smiling but frankly lazy. Typically, a primary gynecological appointment includes taking a history, a visual examination + breast examination (this is normal for any women's consultation and a responsible gynecologist). The gynecologist at the clinic asked what I was complaining about; I said I had no complaints, and she didn’t ask anything else. Nothing. Not about pregnancies, not about chronic illnesses, not the day of the cycle, nothing! At that moment, I already understood that it was a mistake, but I was naked in the chair - I wasn’t going to complain :) I told her that I was taking contraceptives; I told her what tests I wanted to take. The gynecologist took the tests and said, well, it’s done. That’s it. Each test cost around 100 lari + 100 or more for the gynecologist's appointment/examination. I believe that the prices are very inflated, especially if we take into account the quality of private medical services. I received quality test results, although I even asked for quantitative ones since I essentially examined myself with the gynecologist, and the gynecologist for 500 lari just took the tests :) The Pap test also came back strange. Category - 3 (possible presence of atypia), conclusion at the end NILM (absolute norm) - without any comment on why the contradictory result and what exactly the subcategory ST.3 is. The test result looks like a template; it lists all categories of tests. In general, I dare to assume that the staff of both the clinics and laboratories are lazy. Most likely, by the way, due to low salaries because, as a rule, such private clinics with inflated prices profit from the illnesses of their patients and, classically, are absolutely not interested in anything else. Please do not go to such clinics, do not support this. I am very tired of writing/calling the clinic. It’s terrible that they do not respond. They respond, for example, to my friend on Telegram (she wrote to check if they are working at all, it turned out they are, and they are quickly ready to schedule you for such a low-quality appointment at an overpriced rate), but they do not respond to me. At first, I asked for the full text of the cytological examination, then after being ignored and receiving responses that "investigation is needed," I started asking to return the 600 lari I spent because I really need the tests and possibly to start treatment as soon as possible, rather than wait for the clinic staff to deign to help me and their "investigations." Dear ones, I came, paid, received low-quality services and tests for an inflated price, I want this money back. Please call me, respond to me with something substantive. You see that I am literally calling and writing everywhere :) Have some conscience; I need further examination... there are things I need to treat, I cannot and should not wait for you :(
