The clinic is small; I don't know about other branches. I was pleased that there is Russian-speaking staff at the reception. I came with my 4-year-old child and we saw Dr. Pavel Kazakov. He is a very attentive doctor, and I appreciated his delicate approach to my child! He explained everything to me very politely. Now we will try to see him again. I recommend it. My child is doing well, recovered quickly, and the treatment was effective.

Extremely rude and uncooperative staff member – “Anastasia.” She consistently fails to respond in a timely manner and shows no sympathy, courtesy, or professionalism toward patients. Interacting with her is highly stressful, and if you are required to deal with her, it seriously affects the overall experience at the clinic. We are a German couple undergoing a surrogacy / IVF process, which is a highly sensitive and expensive journey. While the clinic itself is very clean and the doctor is competent, the primary point of contact for updates is Anastasia, and dealing with her has been extremely disappointing. Reaching out to her for basic updates feels frustrating and exhausting. Responses are often delayed, and she appears to be frequently unavailable or on vacation. We conducted extensive research before selecting this clinic and have visited the facility multiple times. Unfortunately, despite these visits, the process has still not begun. If this clinic wishes to maintain and grow its reputation, especially at this location, it is essential that they reconsider having Anastasia in this role.

I had an individual check-up. The therapist Alexander Nazarchuk showed himself to be extremely professional. I haven't met a doctor like him in a long time, who approaches the patient with understanding and empathy. Besides the high-quality professional consultation, I received maximum attention to my problems and clear explanations of the ways to solve them. I highly recommend Alexander as a professional in his field. Special thanks to the laboratory worker, the tests were taken painlessly and the ECG was done quickly. I also want to thank the ultrasound doctor Nino Gelashvili, an excellent specialist, the ultrasound was done in detail, professionally, with recommendations. I want to thank Dr. Nato Shengelia for the successful management of my pregnancy and easy delivery. The doctor completely organized the entire monitoring process, starting from the very first ultrasound to the C-section and recovery. Nato performed the surgery herself, and I felt confident with her; my chronic anxiety disappeared. I also want to thank the ultrasound doctors Nino Gelashvili and Mariam Mamatashvili for their positive attitude during the examinations and their attentive approach to patients.

I don't like going to doctors, but this appointment pleasantly surprised me 🙂 I saw the ophthalmologist Anastasia Mirankova. It felt like they really cared, not just going through the motions.

Yesterday (16.09.25) I had an appointment with Stella Dzozenidze. I saw a bad review on Google Maps, so I admit I was a bit worried. But yesterday the appointment went very well, the doctor is quite competent, does her job well, and paid close attention to my problem. I had no questions about her competence; I don't know what happened with the client who left the review on Google Maps. The reception worked well, everything was arranged, including the invoice and form 100.

I had a check-up at this clinic. My therapist was Alexander Nazarchuk. Everything went very quickly, professionally. The doctor explained everything in great detail, listened carefully to all my questions and gave clarifications. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone, and in particular, doctor Alexander Nazarchuk.

Doctor Mivankova, the ophthalmologist, is very good. She's pleasant to communicate with and checks everything to be sure. The reception is on the 3rd floor! Otherwise, you'll waste time standing on the first. Everything went great. The prices are not the cheapest, but I don't regret it at all. This is not my first time visiting this network of clinics.
