I had an individual check-up. Therapist Alexander Nazarchuk was extremely professional. I haven't met a doctor who approaches patients with such understanding and empathy in a long time. In addition to a highly professional consultation, I received maximum attention to my concerns and clear explanations of solutions. I highly recommend Alexander as a professional. Special thanks to the lab technician; the tests were painless and the ECG was done quickly. I also want to thank ultrasound technician Nino Gelashvili, an excellent specialist. I've been waiting for Form 100 for 16 days. They promised to send it within 3-4 days after the appointment. I regularly write and remind the clinic about this. If you're willing to keep reminding them and wait for the appointment, I recommend it; otherwise, no. I have no issues with the doctor's appointment.

I visited the clinic on a recommendation for an appointment with allergist Alexander Nazarchuk. He's an excellent specialist, very attentive and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail during the appointment and tests, and then developed a treatment plan and recommendations. I visited the Silk Medical clinic, making an appointment with an ophthalmologist and an ultrasound specialist. A spot had appeared on my eye—not inside the eye, but on the surface of the white of the eye, closer to the iris. It felt like a foreign body, so I decided to go to one of the seemingly better clinics. I also wanted an abdominal ultrasound to check the condition of my kidneys, as there had previously been sand in them. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The ultrasound specialist performed the procedure carelessly, without paying attention to the patient. Afterward, he handed me a printout entirely in Georgian, with everything crossed out, without explanation, recommendations, or a proper conclusion. The ophthalmologist also showed indifference: she declared that "everything is fine" without any explanation of what exactly was happening to my eye. Furthermore, she performed a vision test without warning me in advance that it was a paid service, and only at the end did she mention that I needed to pay for an additional service. I paid over 300 lari for the appointment and received neither professional treatment nor even basic respect. I strongly advise against the Silk Medical clinic. They charge money but don't provide quality medical care, don't explain the results, and don't show concern for the patient.

I want to thank Dr. Nato Shengelia for the successful management of my pregnancy and easy delivery. She organized the entire monitoring process, from the very first ultrasound to the C-section and recovery. Nato performed the surgery herself, and with her, I felt confident, and my chronic anxiety disappeared. I would also like to thank ultrasound doctors Nino Gelashvili and Mariam Mamatsashvili for their positive attitude during examinations and their compassionate care for patients.

I don't like going to doctors, but I was pleasantly surprised by this appointment. 🙂 I saw ophthalmologist Anastasia Mirankova. I felt like they really cared, not just conducted an appointment.

Yesterday (September 16, 2025) I had an appointment with Stella Dzotsenidze. I saw a bad review on Google Maps, so I admit I was a little worried. But yesterday's appointment went very well. The doctor is quite competent, does her job well, and was attentive to my concerns. I had no questions about her competence; I don't know what happened to the client who left the review on Google Maps. The receptionist did a great job, and everything was processed, including the invoice and Form 100.

I had a check-up at this clinic. My therapist was Alexander Nazarchuk. Everything went very quickly, professionally. The doctor explained everything in great detail, listened carefully to all my questions and gave clarifications. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone, and in particular, doctor Alexander Nazarchuk.

Dr. Mivankova, the ophthalmologist, is very good. She's pleasant to talk to and checks everything to be sure. The reception is on the third floor! Otherwise, you'll waste time standing on the first floor. Everything went great. The prices aren't the cheapest, but I have no regrets at all. This isn't my first time visiting this clinic chain.
