Well, to be honest, I was shocked by such an amount. I wanted to make an appointment with an endocrinologist, and ideally, I should have done an ultrasound right away to check my thyroid. A consultation fee of 140 lari is just too much. I don’t understand where such sums come from. Yes, it’s a private clinic, but the endocrinologist should still have their own ultrasound to conduct an examination. Last year, I visited a gynecologist, and the consultation along with the ultrasound cost 100 lari. And now, even the endocrinologist doesn’t have their own ultrasound, and they ask for 140 lari for a consultation, which is ridiculous. Do you understand the logic? It seems that to get treatment, you need to sell a kidney 😅. With such prices, even one consultation hits the budget hard. I ask you to reconsider this issue; it’s really too expensive.

Convenient location, polite clinic staff, they speak at least 3 languages. I would like to especially thank urologist-andrologist Temur Soziashvili and endocrinologist Ekaterina Aleshina for their attention, detailed explanations, professionalism, and gentleness in communicating with the patient.

I was here for an ultrasound with Dr. Lika Gegeshidze. I had the best impressions of the doctor; she explained everything and showed me during the process, professionally and with warmth. I will recommend her, thank you.

I rate the clinic's service 1 star. Their Instagram is aimed at expats: trendy reels, posts, stories, infographics, and shoots. The responses here are just template marketing copy-paste. They claim to train their staff in communication, but in reality, the service is absolutely terrible. For 20 days, I've been asking them to send me Form 100 for insurance, which they didn't provide right away and said they would send within a week. Every time I get a response saying 'please wait' and then they go silent. I remind them again, and they ask for the same information that is already in the correspondence: which branch I took the tests at. They take more than a day to contact their own branch and again remain silent. Meanwhile, the correspondence is handled by someone who clearly doesn't know the language: they write in all caps, in separate messages, and don't understand the questions I ask. Let me remind you: their Instagram is aimed at a completely Russian-speaking audience, with trendy posts and prices that match the target audience. Yet they can't even consult you properly, respond adequately, or send the documentation. Update: after 20 days, they replied that the doctor was on a business trip, which is why Form 100 was delayed. So they decided to shift everything onto the doctor, with whom I had no complaints at all. But even if that's the case, it turns out they supposedly don't know their own employees' work schedules, and their documentation system is so poorly organized that they come up with responses like 'we just received information that the doctor was on a business trip'? Excuses at a kindergarten level. And what does the doctor have to do with it if it's their call center that responds with 'please wait' and ignores for days? Or says 'check your spam,' even though they clearly didn't send any documents. In general, my conclusion is this: go to this clinic only if a really good doctor works there and only there. But if you have a choice — don't go. Because it's a scam for expats: overpriced for pretty pictures on Instagram, but in reality — a complete lack of service and a presentation with local flavor.

Ekaterina Alešina is a super nice doctor (therapist/endocrinologist). She explains everything in very simple terms and does her job thoroughly, not just for show. The only downside of the clinic is the rather high prices, but if I have to choose a doctor, I would definitely go to Ekaterina.

I came in with high cholesterol. I was prescribed omega 3 (supplements) despite having normal triglyceride levels (0.79). Later, I found out that it is only prescribed when triglycerides are elevated. I do not consider this a qualified consultation. The doctor was Teya Chitadze. UPD. This is a lie; I did not insist on any treatment. During the visit, an ultrasound of the neck vessels was performed. There is no inaccurate or false information in my message, unlike yours, so there’s no need to lecture about ethics. If you don’t like negative feedback, just say so.

I have seen Dr Ana Kvaraia on different occasions at two of Silk Medical's branches (Chavchavadze and Mosashvili). When I presented, I was struggling with some rather trying issues and I definitely needed expert medical guidance. Dr Kvaraia has been AMAZING and got things under control in very short order! She is an absolute professional, very focused on ensuring that the issues are clearly identified, and resolved fully. She has been extremely detail oriented, and has definitely thought outside the box, making certain that nothing is "assumed" or taken for granted. I am quite particular about medical professionals and Dr Kvaraia has earned my confidence and respect very quickly. Additionally, Dr Kvaraia has a lovely manner and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is patient, attentive, seems genuinely concerned about her patients, and is very encouraging/comforting. I feel particularly lucky to have found such a competent and caring medical professional! Based on my experiences, I would recommend her to anyone needing her particular areas of expertise. I would also like to compliment the support, reception, and laboratory staff at both of the Silk Medical Clinics I have used (and also the online staff I have interacted with). I have found everyone to be extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
