I have seen Dr Ana Kvaraia on different occasions at two of Silk Medical's branches (Chavchavadze and Mosashvili). When I presented, I was struggling with some rather trying issues and I definitely needed expert medical guidance. Dr Kvaraia has been AMAZING and got things under control in very short order! She is an absolute professional, very focused on ensuring that the issues are clearly identified, and resolved fully. She has been extremely detail oriented, and has definitely thought outside the box, making certain that nothing is "assumed" or taken for granted. I am quite particular about medical professionals and Dr Kvaraia has earned my confidence and respect very quickly. Additionally, Dr Kvaraia has a lovely manner and is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is patient, attentive, seems genuinely concerned about her patients, and is very encouraging/comforting. I feel particularly lucky to have found such a competent and caring medical professional! Based on my experiences, I would recommend her to anyone needing her particular areas of expertise. I would also like to compliment the support, reception, and laboratory staff at both of the Silk Medical Clinics I have used (and also the online staff I have interacted with). I have found everyone to be extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.

After two other clinics missed the mark, she listened carefully, answered all my questions, and correctly diagnosed kidney inflammation. The treatment she prescribed had me back on my feet in just a couple of days 🖤

I've tried to book an appointment via instagram, then WhatsApp, then phone. First I had 1,5 hrs before the time. And only after an hour and 10 minutes they responded with the cancellation. It was not the first time it happened to me in this clinic. They just don't care, it seems like.

Great service. From the start, at the reception I was provided with sufficient information. Then the doctor have carefully listened to me, explained my every option and what it means. I've received needed medical help fast and with professionalism. Also, it is worth mentioning that all the way people were friendly and I've felt very comfortable.

I had booked a doctor’s appointment well in advance, only to be completely stood up — the doctor didn’t even bother to show up. I wasted hours commuting and lost an entire day I had set aside for important medical procedures. This kind of treatment is absolutely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this clinic.

The appointment process via WhatsApp is so long that they failed to make an appointment for me for the next day, because all the time windows were closed during the 15 min delay that they didn’t answer me. They also classify themselves as a Russian speaking clinic, but even the written language via WhatsApp is a disaster. To be fair, I haven’t visited the clinic, so I can’t vouch for the quality of doctor services.

Even ChatGPT was more useful than the otolaryngologist I visited. He didn’t even try to ask questions and get to the root of the problem, just left snarky comments when I tried to explain what is happening to me. 140gel for the worst experience ever, I truly do not recommend this place for anyone who is seeking professional help.
