The best embodiment of care you will receive here is the poor flower at the reception. They will take your money very quickly, but you will stand in line for hours.

The medical staff has terrible training. They are rude and make comments that are not their business. They forget about the patients. They take tests haphazardly and not on time. You have to remind them several times before they come. The food is awful. The portions are tiny.

I was in ward number 5 at this clinic due to mental health issues. Cons: - No visits from relatives, only calls on the landline and "communication" through the second-floor window. - Doctor Lida intimidates more than she treats. She also tries to constantly provoke and humiliate you, whether it's about your appearance or actions - it doesn't matter. Initially, she scared me with the daily cost of staying in the clinic, and after it turned out that I would have to stay there for free, she began to threaten deportation (if you are not a citizen of Georgia). She also intimidates you with the idea that you will stay here for years, etc. Even after discharge, due to some kind of Stockholm syndrome, I continued to visit her for a while, and even if everything was fine, she forced both me and a person who is not actually related to my family to write an official refusal of hospitalization at every appointment. - If you are an elderly person, your son/daughter/grandson/granddaughter, it doesn't matter, can lock you up in the hospital for money. - The shower is open literally three or four hours a day, depending on the mood of the nurses, as far as I understood. - The clinic administration does not respond to requests for obtaining certificates at all, even after a month, although the email message that the doctor provided for this contains all the necessary information. - I don't know how to compare this, but in many other countries, state psychiatric clinics allow several hours a day to go outside and breathe fresh air. In this hospital, such a thing is unimaginable; you are locked on the second floor, and the only place where you can somewhat relax is the smoking area, where most of the communication with people in this place happens. If you don't smoke, you either walk back and forth in the corridor or sit in the ward. - You won't find out the names of the pills you have to take, and you can only learn your diagnosis if you manage to glance at your "file" on the table while the doctor is busy with her own matters. Pros: - The food was decent. - After attacks from my ward neighbor, I was transferred to another ward. - I met a girl who shouldn't have been there at all + an absolutely adequate grandmother-teacher who was locked there by her son. In general, visiting psychiatrists here is only at your own risk, especially avoiding Doctor Lida.
