I do not recommend getting tooth cleaned here. I have had cleaning done every year more than 10 times at dental clinics in Korea and Georgia, and compared to other dental caries, it was extremely painful and the water splashed onto my face and clothes, which was a very unpleasant experience. The dental hygienist should help the patient assume a more comfortable position.

called them multiple times on multiple numbers and respectfully asked if they can speak english. they just ended the call right away and never called back. I paid for unison insurance and this is what I get, a rude personnel that doesn't even bother to speak or say no, why say anything if you can end the call and make the customer lose time and money, right?

You call to make an appointment. You listen to music and the answering machine for 10 minutes. Finally, they pick up the phone. You say hello, and they hang up.

Avoid unprofessionalism and arbitrariness.

I came to the clinic feeling devastated, I was very unwell and extremely scared. Dr. Lika did everything to help me overcome my fear. Today, I come with joy!!!! I won't hesitate to tell everyone what a luxury it is to have such a great doctor!!! I’m not just not scared anymore; I’m looking for reasons to come back! Thank you so much for everything, Dr. Lika! She restored my confidence, took away my fear, and helped me solve such a big problem with a smile!

This is my first time writing a negative comment about a business. Doctor Nino Jabua was chatting the whole time during the procedure, and I was waiting with my mouth open for her to finish talking so she could continue with the procedure. During the filling procedure, she left the drying machine in my mouth until she finished her conversation with someone else. A procedure that should last 20 minutes took 40 minutes. I won't add more. I was scheduled for 12:00, but I was taken in at 12:30 and waited an additional 10 minutes inside. Despite having only about 20% of my tooth needing filling, I was treated as if it were an orthopedic procedure, which my insurance covers at 50%. Even though I came with a more serious issue, no other doctors performed orthopedic treatment. This led to me being told to pay more than I should and being misled that the insurance only reimburses 30%. They didn't agree to let me pay only 50% for this so-called orthopedic (tooth restoration) work until they spoke to the insurance agent. In the end, I was made to pay three times more than I would have in any other successful clinics, where appointments are fully booked, and you can't even get in for a simple procedure. The tooth is done so poorly that I'm afraid it will break again while eating, as cracks are visible on the new filling just an hour after it was done...

I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic. The service is incredibly friendly, the quality of care is top-notch, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, it was a huge bonus that they accept insurance. Special thanks to Dr. Nino Jabua! She is a true professional and an incredibly caring doctor. She did two fillings for me completely pain-free. It was also very helpful that she speaks Russian, which made communication super easy. Thank you so much!
