It's terrible, new vision family doctor gave me invoices for other doctors with certain specialization, she told me that they are valid for 10 days and I need to book appointment via call center. I have been calling for 3 days - all operators hardly speak English and always offer me to make one more appointment with family doctor. They say they can't book appointment for other types of doctors! And that family doctor should by herself instead. C'mon guys, I'm paying for insurance every month and now can't even reach any doctor besides family doctor!!!
