Irresponsible and incompetent administration and staff!

STAY AWAY VERY DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL! 😡😡😡😡

Unprofessional and inattentive staff! I wanted to schedule an appointment for a tooth extraction (at the Mtskheta branch), when I called, they told me they would call me back in 5 minutes, but no one called back. The next day I called again and got an appointment. When I was scheduling, I explained that it was my first time visiting this clinic. The next day when I arrived, I was told that I first needed to have a needle test done, and the extraction would happen another time (I was flying to another country the next day). I told them that they should have warned me in advance so I could plan my time correctly since I had a flight the next day. In response, the doctor told me to go to another clinic and have my tooth extracted there, asking what I was supposed to do. They didn’t have the test, so how were we supposed to know… (they knew it was my first visit). In the end, I told them to extract the tooth without anesthesia because I was in a hurry and had no other option, to which I also received a refusal. In short: I do not recommend using this clinic to anyone!

I am very angry at the Mitskevich branch and especially at the surgeon. They are irresponsible!!!
