Terrible clinic and terrible service! The receptionist yells at the elderly and speaks aggressively to everyone! I stood in line for audiometry and tympanometry for 4 and a half hours! Since 10 AM! When I wrote to the call center, they told me they work from 10 to 2, and I couldn't get in. I asked what was going on, why there was such confusion, and whether they were taking people in order or not. People who arrived at 10 AM only got in at 2-3 PM. The receptionist pulled me out and spoke to me disdainfully: "Why are you unhappy? You have a small child!" Rude and cheeky. When I told her what the issue was and that her colleague had written to me that the reception was from 10 to 2, she said: "He told you wrong, I am responsible for this because the doctor is here until 5:30." Why was I even "called"? 🤦‍♀️ The cashier, who enters the office every 5 minutes and takes money from patients, does not allow the service to be conducted properly so that they can finish quickly and others can enter. 🤦‍♀️ Terrible approach! I do not recommend it to anyone! Besides me, there were people in line since 7 AM, and when I left, they were still standing. 🤦‍♀️ For audiometry and tympanometry, the doctor spent 30-40 minutes with others, and I was released in 15 minutes, even though I arrived at 10 and entered at 3:30. 😀 I have never seen a receptionist yell so aggressively at elderly people and respond so aggressively to questions, and for someone, especially me, to go out to sort things out. 😀 I have never seen a cashier enter in the middle of a consultation and start taking money and checking every 10 minutes. 😀 Horrible clinic! I will never go there again. My insurance covered my expenses, which is why I went, otherwise I wouldn't have gone to that clinic stuck in the 90s. 😀 Instead of 100 lari, I paid 20 lari, and you could see how upset they were, and when I asked for a receipt because the doctor said I should collect, it means they are also 100% after money. 🤦‍♀️ I do not recommend anyone, folks! Please value your time and finances.
