I waited for 2 hours, irresponsible staff.

Terrible service! 2 hours have passed since we made an appointment at 11:50 and we haven't even gotten in. How many other people are there besides us? We're talking about children who can't wait and can't stand in line for so long. I'm writing this comment because this has happened so many times! As knowledgeable as the pediatrician is, he's so unprofessional and doesn't know how to manage time.

They're booking more patients than they can handle. They're shoving people in before their turn. The manager needs to be replaced. It's brutal.

It's a very dirty clinic, unfortunately I won't take my child there again, nor do I recommend it to you.
