Very bad service! They are rude. I booked in advance, and after coming out of work I was made to wait for one hour. Because of this, I politely made a complaint, I was verbally abused and sent back out. I didn't think such an establishment still existed in Tbilisi. I do not recommend it!

Here they give themselves 5* ratings themselves! Those who work there! They made my grandmother such teeth that they have to be redone! We are going to file a complaint!

The quality of the service was good, but the organization of processes is totally messy. The patient made an appointment and after arrival waited for more than 1 hour. What’s the point of making an appointment in your clinic?
