I was here for the first time yesterday and was left with a bad impression. To get straight to the problem: while taking a blood test, the lab technician worked without gloves.. I don't know whether this is some new system or saving gloves, but such a thing is unacceptable in this matter. When I voiced my complaint, I could see on the face of the lady at reception that this is not the first case. This issue must be looked into, because such an attitude is inappropriate toward patients. If a patient gets some infection as a result, who will be responsible?))

Poor management. At 12:36 we arrived for an appointment and joined the queue for a cardiologist for our child and for an echocardiography. We went in to the cardiologist 2 hours and 10 minutes later. By 2:30 we still had not reached the echocardiography. There are still 3 people ahead of us. The doctor sees each person for 20-30 minutes. So, standing in line for an echocardiogram for 3.5-4 hours is the highest degree of disrespect from MedCapital toward patients who do not want to provide their patients with minimal care.

In the health certificate, which is supposed to be issued free of charge for children aged 3 and 4, pediatrician Goderdzishvili illegally charged me 10 lari per child and pocketed the money. He should be fired.
