Writing a negative review about this clinic is especially difficult for me because I used to be the person who would recommend this clinic to others. This tooth was not a problem at all before. I went in to get my teeth fixed and to prepare for braces, but after the root canal treatment, the gutta-percha material extended beyond the root and got into the surrounding tissue. In the end, I needed gum surgery to remove the material. Even months later, the tooth still hurts, and I am still struggling with this issue. Unfortunately, I also encountered problems during the treatment of other teeth: one of the zirconia-ceramic constructions does not have full contact with the tooth, causing irritation to the gum. On the second tooth, despite preserving the nerve, the tooth still hurts, and I may need a repeat treatment. To add to this, I had already been treating my jaw joint issues with a dentist at another clinic, investing a lot of time, energy, and finances into it. What disappointed me the most was the attitude of the doctors and the clinic. After the problem arose, instead of showing understanding and helping responsibly, I often felt that they were trying to shift the responsibility onto me. I would like to highlight the attitude of Ms. Medea during the operation. Even though she knew about my jaw joint issues, she made completely unacceptable comments to me, including: "How are you going to give birth?" and when I said I couldn't open my mouth well — "It's done well," referring to the doctor from this same clinic. I gave the clinic a chance to correct this situation, but in the end, I mostly had to listen to justifications. I went in to get my teeth fixed, and as a result, I am still fighting the problems that arose. I wouldn't wish such an experience on anyone. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone. Now you can, as always, write me justifying comments)) But the fact remains my condition, and unfortunately, no comment will change that. This is a case of negligence on the part of the doctors, and I am sure that instead of taking responsibility, you will choose to justify yourselves again.

Don’t be scammed by this clinic! I paid a substantial amount for a zirconia crown, and within just one month the contact point failed. Food now gets trapped between my teeth, causing pain and discomfort. Rather than honoring their work, their only solution was to suggest making—and paying for—a completely new crown. This is shocking. Reputable dental clinics typically provide warranties of up to five years on crowns and stand behind the quality of their treatment. A damaged zirconia crown after one month does not meet the standards of quality dental service.

In the clinic, you will truly encounter professional dentists, a wonderful environment, and high-quality service. Special thanks to Dr. Ilona Kalashian, who paid great attention to our little boy's toothache even during off-hours. I highly recommend this clinic.
