If you want to see an ENT specialist, just head to the large building by the elevators, go up to the 6th floor, and take a ticket in room 13. I had an audiometry and tympanometry done there. I came on Wednesday around 1 PM. The wait time was just over 2 hours. There were 2 doctors in the office — both women. They were very friendly and professional. I really liked how they conducted the examination and explained everything. The cost of the examination was 100 lari. Overall, I was satisfied.

The fact that in clinics, despite making an appointment in advance, we have to stand in endless lines is no longer a discovery or news. I went to a well-known doctor throughout Georgia, repeated my question, and he sternly told me that I talk too much. ...So, I was already in confusion at home, and they are delaying my answer. They want to get you out as quickly as possible so they can earn as many 100 lari as they can during the day. Medicine in Georgia has turned into a business, and there is almost no empathy left for patients. The main thing is to get the receipt. In the queues - complete disorder and chaos. The doctor is reluctant to talk and scolds you.

I want to express my immense gratitude to this clinic and the entire team. Special thanks to Lana Datiaashvili, who tirelessly helped us throughout the process, and also to Zaza Khutsishvili, who welcomed us warmly and performed the surgery professionally. They are truly professional and caring individuals. I came all the way from Canada specifically for the surgery. Even though medical services there are free, I knew about the high quality and professionalism here and chose this clinic. The result fully met my expectations — thank you once again for everything.

Do not schedule surgery with Ms. Nino for ear-nose-throat under any circumstances, I advise you from personal experience.

Worst Clinic Ever. Dont spend a minute there.
