The insurance company sent my son and me to this hospital when we got enterovirus. We came to the emergency department and I was already prepared for a long wait, but I was wrong - we were registered very quickly, literally within 5-10 minutes. Since my son is a minor, we were placed in different departments. I warned that my son has an allergy to some medications, and they immediately put a red bracelet with this information on him. They placed me in a large spacious ward for 6 people, immediately set up an IV drip, very quickly did all the tests and ultrasound, and after that I lay calmly under the drip for 2-3 hours waiting for test results and the doctor's conclusion, periodically calling my son to find out how things were with him (his whole process also went just as fast). When we felt better, we were discharged the same day and prescribed treatment. While I was lying there, I saw how doctors attentively, patiently and caringly treat all patients, and how quickly everything is done. They mostly speak English, but many also know Russian and explain everything perfectly in it. Huge thanks to all the doctors of this hospital for our treatment!
