Very disappointing experience at this hospital. I waited for 3 hours with my 3-year-old child and received almost no communication from the staff about the delay. The most frustrating part was not even the wait itself, but that nobody could tell us how many patients were ahead of us or provide even an approximate waiting time. I understand hospitals can be busy and emergencies take priority, but basic communication and updates for families waiting with small children should be standard. Sitting for hours with a tired and uncomfortable toddler without any information is extremely stressful. This hospital seriously needs to improve how they communicate with patients in the waiting area.

The new building is wonderfully good, I won't even talk about the doctors 🙌🥰

The doctor may see you 1 hour late. If you come here, don't plan anything else for the day. The worst part is that none of the staff react to this, as if it's supposed to be normal. And in general the staff are quite slow and do things their own way, and I don't mean only the doctors. At the registration (cash desk :D), timely service and efficient work are the least important matters. If you want to move to Soviet-style clinics, this is the perfect place. Don't make a mistake by accident and don't go.
