I do not recommend this clinic at all. The staff is rude and responds harshly to simple questions about treatment. The emergency doctors are sarcastic when you desperately ask what to do next. They can just forget about the child for several hours when he is feeling very unwell. And all of this for $200 a day....
Hi

You go to the hospital at 5 AM, and there’s no one there to pay attention to you. After a major surgery, they put you in a regular room where even the call button for the doctor doesn’t work. If you don’t give money, they treat you like an animal. The nurses don’t know how to take proper care of you after the surgery!!!

My grandmother lies in this hospital. She had a micro stroke in this clinic, they did an MRI on her and as the doctors said, they didn't find anything, two days later, when they wanted to discharge her, she had a heart attack. And now the doctors don't know what the reason is, the illiteracy and lack of qualification of the doctors is simply amazing

I’ve done brain MRI recently at this hospital Doctors provided me with information that everything is ok, but I decided to ask for a second opinion. Comes up that doctors here have missed a micro adenoma in my brain. The fact that they’ve missed such a thing though they have the most expensive MRI machine and I’ve done the analysis with the contrast material speaks loudly about their competence. If I haven’t asked for a second opinion and haven’t discovered my adenoma these hospital mistake could lead to the life-risking situations for me.

Today at 2 pm, I went to the emergency department due to severe pain in my right chest that had persisted for three days. The person at the desk arrived late, and because I am Asian and couldn't speak Georgian, I used translation to communicate. Despite this, she continued to speak and mock me in Georgian, even though I couldn't understand. I was shocked and couldn't respond because if I could speak Georgian, I wouldn't have needed to use translation. Someone there who is also patient informed me there was no doctor available and told me to leave. This is not how patients in the emergency department should be treated, especially when seeking urgent medical attention. I came to the emergency department because the pain had become unbearable suddenly, causing me to miss an exam at 12. Discriminating against me and mocking me because I am Asian is unacceptable. It should be common sense to understand why I needed to use translation, and her angry demeanor only made the situation worse. Could you please inform me who the manager is? Is this the standard of care your colleagues are expected to provide to patients? This treatment is deeply concerning and needs to be addressed immediately.

Horrible, dirty, disgusting, noisy and “wild” people.Go to a jungle, it would be better. Doctors and nurses have no control and scream like they’re fighting. Bathrooms look like Hiroshima occurred. Ignorance is strong from the medical staff. Literally…. Go to any other hospital
