Good doctors, bad situation.

A dog bit me on the street, and this hospital refused to help me, explaining that the doctor works until 5 PM, and I was there a few minutes after. I sincerely do not recommend it😄

Do not go to this clinic. I spent 2 nights there and I can't describe in words the horror I went through on the third day. The answer I got was 'I don't know' until I started crying and screaming. In short, please do not go near this clinic under any circumstances, it would be my greatest request. It's better to pay more and go to another clinic. I won't even talk about cleanliness; there was blood on the door, and I cleaned it myself, there were dried blood stains in the bathroom.

Don't go to this clinic if you care about your health. I'm softly criticizing the clinic with this word, thanks to the staff and management for their patience❤️

Scammers!!! They offer expensive surgeries when conservative treatment methods are sufficient! They manipulate patients to create false fears about their health! In the wards, there is a lot of noise and unprofessional behavior from the staff (laughter, conversations, 'chaos'), even when people are feeling unwell. Communication is weak: there are no proper explanations regarding diagnosis and treatment, while they insistently offer 'urgent' surgery without justification. There is no proper communication in Russian/English. There is no financial transparency: they do not provide a clear receipt with a description of services, and upon discharge, they tried to impose an unexplained debt (~1000 lari).
