I couldn't get through to the hotline, so I went in to make an appointment in person. They scheduled me for the 19th, even though my insurance referral was valid until August 18th. I didn't know about that last part, and it turns out that after the expiration date, I would have to pay for the service in full, without insurance. I was taken to the manager's office, and after a ten-minute wait, I was told that I needed to get a new referral from my insurance, which usually takes one to two days. I don't know if this was done on purpose or not, but it really frustrated me. And the mistake here is definitely not on the insurance side. I had to leave without a doctor's consultation.

I guess you can get reasonable medical care, but the expertise of doctors are not world class. Also if you need a letter from a doctor, you tell them what they need, they write it in Georgian, assuring you they wrote what you asked, then when you translate it, it is not. And they write nonsense like you could not tell them the name of a medicine when you did tell them. I mean this place is not a total horror show, but also you book a time with specialist days in advance, an hour later other people are still jumping in ahead of you and getting helped. After my partner also went and I heard the absolute clown show, I updated my review from 2 stars to 1 star. Problems are deeper than language barrier.

Reception desk workers know nothing. Tell us the lab is that way and to wait for our number. We waited a whole hour and asked them why our number hasn’t come up yet. They have the audacity to tell us that the lab is now closed. We went to the end of the hall ourselves just to find the lab there but no reception since it closed. If they only told us that it’s at the end of the hall we would’ve been done with this today. But now we have to come here again for the 3rd time just because of these incompetent people. Doctors also very uncoordinated and sent us to the downstairs reception for them to send us back to the 4th floor to pay. We were sent back to the 3rd floor to the lab for them to tell us it’s closed. We could’ve gotten everything done the first time but the doctor wasted our time sending us back and forth between the reception. Incompetent people who waste time not telling us what to do or where to go like we already know everything. when we don’t know how their system works just for them to close their lab at 4 and making us come here again and again. It’s a one and hour trip with the bus. Avoid this clinic if your Insurance says to go here.

Terrible service, unmanageable queues at the reception and a disorganized system.

The only downside was that the electronic queue on the first floor wasn't working, and there was a long line at the registration desk. I was lucky - a girl came up to me and told me where to go. Overall, I liked the visit to the family doctor.
