Very poor service and a deeply disappointing experience. I visited this family doctor, Rusudan Lomidze five times and despite my repeated requests and ongoing health concerns, she still did not refer me for the necessary tests. Instead of addressing my concerns and providing appropriate medical care, she repeatedly tried to avoid giving me referrals. I also have serious concerns that diagnoses are being made or recorded in a way that prevents insurance from covering necessary medical tests and medications. Rather than helping patients receive the care they need, the process seems designed to create obstacles to insurance coverage. Rusudan Lomidze was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my experience. I am also concerned about patients being directed to a nearby pharmacy where medication discounts are offered. This raises questions about potential conflicts of interest and whether recommendations are always made in the patients’ best interests. After five visits, I expected a proper medical assessment, appropriate referrals, and professional communication. Instead, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that unnecessary barriers were being placed between me and the medical care I needed. I would not recommend this doctor or this clinic based on my personal experience.

The doctor allows himself to come to work late. When you make specific complaints, the report says there are no complaints. Nobody here is interested in treating you. If you have health problems, you should go to another clinic.

I booked a time slot in advance for blood tests. At the desk they collected all my details again as if I had never booked. Then I waited 1.5 hours. Numbers were called, but people kept going in ahead of me, and nobody explained why a booked patient waits behind them. This isn't about the medical staff, it's the process. Use the booking data you already have and honour booked times. Right now booking ahead is a waste of time.

I'm having a hard time understanding the purpose of scheduling an appointment for a specific time if patients still have to wait for hours. I've been waiting for more than two hours, which is quite frustrating and feels like a significant waste of time. If I book an appointment for a particular time, I would reasonably expect to see the doctor at that scheduled time. I understand that occasional delays can happen, but waiting for more than two hours defeats the purpose of having an appointment system.

Laboratory had 20 people in the line, and the line moved 1 person in 10 minutes. So I made an appointment for the next day at the opening of the clinic (8:30). I came to the clinic and told the receptionist that I have an appointment, and then had to wait in line until 9:20, only to figure out that it was a line for unrecorded people and I needed a special ticket if I came recorded 🤦‍♂️ And since I was "late" already, I couldn't even use my record and had to wait till the end in the line for the unrecorded.

You call, book a specific time, arrive, and in the end wait your turn for another three hours. You ask the administrator, "Why am I waiting so long?" The answer: "We don't know why you are waiting so long." Meanwhile, people who arrived much later go in to the doctor before you. No explanations and no normal organization of appointments. Terrible attitude toward patients' time. Before coming here, think carefully whether you are ready to spend half a day to see a family doctor. Booking a specific time here guarantees absolutely nothing.

Awful service, you come with booked appointment at your time and have to wait for an hour or more.

For English scroll down👇 I made an appointment with my family doctor because I needed to get a sick leave certificate due to illness, but all I received was a dismissive and mocking attitude. I had the flu, and it was quite severe, yet I was told that there was nothing wrong with me, and I was given only a three-day sick leave certificate. Of course, I didn’t recover within three days. What bothered me most was that the doctor was laughing instead of showing any empathy. The only reason I would give this place one star is because of the reception staff — the people on the first floor are polite and courteous.
