Worst experience in entire Georgia The receptionist name barbare delayed my appointment for 1 hour which I already booked it 3days ago. The entire crew is non cooperative. They were very non cooperative rude arrogant even I paid I had to wait for I hour , after I came to know the doctor left. I will never visit this clinic in my life 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Chaos at the registration desk. Even a patient who has an appointment still has to wait.

Doctors themselves were kind and helpful, and the online service is good too. However the registration system feels outdated and chaotic. Poor administrative staff was completely stressed out.

In short, I could not get through to them at all; booking patients by phone is practically impossible — a complete scam, a filthy service center.

Maia Goderdzishvili is the worst “doctor” in there!

Very poor service. A rolling of eyes at every question. At registration they don't serve people normally in Russian or English at all. Prices are inflated. Doctors serve normally, but prescribe a mass of unnecessary tests and analyses, sending patients from doctor to doctor.
